So I decided not to renew my theme access with Sonaar recently. Since then I have not been able to upload any new audio content to my page. By not renewing my website theme with you guys, does that mean that Im unable to upload audio to my website player as well? Im still able to access my website from wordpress, but im not able to upload any new audio. I receive an error that says there is a problem with the demo importer, and that I need a new access key to use. I was under the impression that I only needed to renew my membership if I wanted access to customer service, updates and alternate web themes. All of which I dont really require at this time. Id like to just use the theme as is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
An expired license does not restrict you to upload new audio content to your site. However, if you want me to check and fix your issue, please renew your license so you can benefit from our technical support. At the same time, you can get theme updates that include a lot of bug fixes and new features.
