the issue you have is because your theme is preventing Elementor to loads correctly on the frontend. See error that your theme throws: https://d.pr/i/aMVaoF
you will have issue with other third third party plugins that rely on some JS function of Elementor.
I recommend you contact your theme author to make sure your theme is fully compatible with Elementor.
If you activate another theme such as Twenty Twenty Two, you will see that the player is fully working.
I have been in contact with the theme developers and they just reply with this " We have not tested this plugin or declared full compatibility with this plugin. Please contact plugin support on this issue."
So I am now just in the medial between you and your plugin is not working with their theme and they say this is a third-party application it's not their responsibility.
That's not solving the problem. Your suggestion is to change the whole theme and just throw all my work and amendments !!! are you serious? The best solution is to find another plugin where the customer services offer them smart solutions not just leaving them confused.
If you want our plugin works with Elementor, you must fix the error that your theme is displaying and which is preventing Elementor to load correctly. We 100% support Elementor, but if your theme throws errors when using Elementor, that is your Theme author to fix the issue.
If the error was caused by our plugin, I would 100% support it and find a solution. But in this case, your bug is in your theme and only the developer of your theme can fix this. It has nothing to do with MP3 Audio Player Pro.
Hi, I just bought the pro version of the plugin and nothing works probably
I am not happy with the quality and performance I have got from the plugin
please if these issues are something you can not fix I would like to get a full refund.

Karam
