I need to edit this site that I have purchased a license before previously which I thought was a lifetime key, so I'd like you to please advise how to edit it without paying your $89.00 fee to at least edit one thing that I need to have had done.
You bought all theme access license with 1 year of updates and support for $89. This license is expired but that's not what make your site not working.
If you want me to support and check what is wrong with your site, you need an active Theme License because your support is expired.
We also have a lifetime license which cost $174 and gives you lifetime support and lifetime updates.

Am I locked out of my site because of it? I purchased the license some time ago thinking it was a lifetime purchase.
