Maye it's because of the event plugin I've installed, on their website is this displayed:
'Technically, all the /events URLs are WordPress archive views for the tribe_events custom post type. And all the /event (singular) URLs use the single post view for the this post type.'
Unfortunately, that is not possible to use a secondary header for this custom post type.
Perhaps you can do this with Elementor Pro's theme builder, but im not sure if it will works. you might have to create a special header for this plugin.
