I have purchased several of your packages, most importantly the add-ons and MP3 Pro Player, which my developer needs to access, integrate, and load up as we have 500-750 mp3s that must be loaded now! Have you installed the sonaar-music-pro.zip plugin yet ? To download it, login to your sonaar.io account and go to My Account > Downloads.
Once the plugin is installed (in wp-admin > plugins > add new > browse), and activated, you can enter your license key in WP-Admin > MP3 Player > License Key)
If it does not work, please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.
