The "Elementor Sonaar Addons" plugin is all of a sudden preventing the Elementor Widget from loading. Please see attached image. When the plugin is disabled it doesn't cause an issue. I need it enabled to edit sections of my homepage as it has caused all sorts of formatting issues. Any suggestions?
I haven't had the issue once over the last couple of years of using the theme. Do I have to repurchase the theme all over again to update the theme to fix the issue?
Yes you need an active license in order to update the theme. The issue you are having is because of the new update of Elementor plugin which cause a compatibility issue. We have fixed this in our latest update.
Hi. I have since updated my license and completed an update of the Elementor Sonaar Addons plugin. This has fixed the issue, but with updating the theme, I have lost a custom elementor widget I previously had installed by a coder some time ago. Has this been a known issue with the update and any suggestions? Thanks

Please make sure that you use our latest theme version. We have fixed the license issue in Version 4.23
So if you update your theme to version 4.23 or higher AND then you update the Elementor Sonaar Addons plugin, the issue you have will be fixed.

We are not aware of anything like the issue you report.
Could you please elaborate on what custom widget you are referring to? Have you check with the developer of that widget?
