I bought the MP3 player to recreate something similar to your 'store' example or 'example 23' on the music players page: a grid of individual artworks that can each be clicked on to play a track, with a similar button to 'select options' with the popup from your store page.
wait... those are three separate player instances with posts manually selected? I think it's a bit sneaky that you've done that because in your example 23 and various points on the store demo it's clearly set up to show multiple posts with their own artworks but in a single block, which I think leads one to assume the plugin can flow multiple posts from a query out into a grid of clickable artworks, like a portfolio.
When it says WooCommerce support is only included with the more expensive licence, I hope you don't mean the functionality is locked - before I go and experiment with WooCommerce can you let me know?
Oh, That what not our goal to be sneaky here. Sorry for that. Example 23 shows four players. I understand your point and I will share your comment to our team. But just to clarify, the player track list can flow multiple posts but we dont have the option yet (this task is part of our road map) to display them as a grid.
And be aware you can achieve a playlist archive grid as example 23 with elementor pro and our plugin.
And Yes this exactly what we mean by "Woocommerce support". All features we have developed to extend woocommerce options are only supported by those licences.
Okay, I understand - sorry but I would like my money back please, I would definitely suggest you make much clearer what the player can and cannot do - especially consider changing the term 'support' because I think you're misusing that term and I purchased based on the fact I don't need support, I just need the plugin to work as you imply it does with your demos. Can you please direct me to a refund link?
Sorry for the trouble you had. Sure I can refund, no problem. But I'd you wish to setup a woocommerce grid (which from what I understand is your ultimate goal), that's pretty easy just by adding track to your WooCommerce product, then add a woocommerce grid anywhere you'd like. (you will need the woocommerce edition of our player at $69 indeed).
If you want I can set you up a grid just like in our store demo so you can get started.
Just for your info, I've read the whole ticket and you just want a grid format to list your track correct?
This is a feature we have prototyped that has not been released yet. It's on our plan to release this feature in the next month tho. (a grid view)
I just wanted to let you know so you will be able to rebuy it if you want once we release the feature.
In the meantime, could you please delete the plugin from your website but also from your computer. Once it's done, let me know and I'll proceed with the refund
Hi,

I can't find any way to do this, though!
Thanks in advance :)

Thanks,

Oh! So there is no way to have a dynamic list of posts that are displayed as featured image, each one can be clicked on to play?
Oh sorry,
My mistake.
Yes you can do thsi https://d.pr/i/asXYEx
Thanks,

Are you using Elementor, Gutenberg block, or Shortcode?
Thanks,
Alexandre from the Sonaar.io Crew
Ah great! Using Elementor but can just as happily insert with shortcodes...
You have to set the player like this https://d.pr/i/E0Zsm5
Thanks,
Alexandre from the Sonaar.io Crew
if you want many players on the same line, you have to set all players to inline https://d.pr/i/QsS9vD

Hi Max, thanks for getting involved. I would like the refund please, I don't want to pay for the Woocommerce add-on.
Thanks again,
Chris
Hello Chris,
No problem, I'll refund in the next 48 hours.
