Hello, I am testing the free version before making a purchase decision.

The player is very good, the best there is, but I have a problem that makes me rethink my purchase.

I used External MP3, I enter the link: https://shortcasamparo.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/Historia+del+amparo+-+Apuntes.mp3 and it plays only once, I reload the page or when I enter again to the player page is no longer heard.

I tried with anchor and it's the same.

According to this page: https://sonaar.io/docs/supported-audio-streaming-providers/ it is supported, but in my case it only plays once and when I reload the page it is no longer supported.

Can you help me clarify if your player is compatible with amazon s3?

I already disabled daftplug-instantify, cleared the cache and still have the same problem.

However it doesn't support my live site :(

It seems daftplug-instantify is the problem.

I installed the plugin in the new wp where the player was working with amazon s3 and now it doesn't work anymore.

Any idea how to fix it?

daftplug-instantify is needed by the pwa.

I already solved it apparently.

The problem was daftplug-instantify, in its "Offline Usage" options.

This is how I configured it: "Network Only".

It was in the "cache first" option.
