    As in the video attached, I am unable to load the theme demo. The project is urgent and Please and me feedback ASAP!

    Hi, 

    Is iron demo importer plugin installed?  You can install it by going to wp-admin > appearance > install plugins 

    If not working, please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

    Thanks, Max, that fixed it!  I thought it installed the iron demo importer plugin :)
