    I'm trying to download the product I just purchased from you guys and this is the message I keep getting.

    You must have an active subscription to MP3 Music Player Pro Version in order to download this file.

    Please login to Sonaar.io

    Then go to My Account and go to the Downloads page from where you will be able to download the file.

    I'm getting the same message from both the downloads page and the purchase confirmation page.
