    I would like to change the background and text color of the menu ONLY when I scroll.  Where are these settings?

    I found the settings under WP-Admin, Theme Options:

    MENU CONTAINER, Menu Background Color When "Menu Effect On Scroll > MINI is activated"

    MOBILE SETTINGS, Mobile Menu Background

    MOBILE SETTINGS, Mobile menu item font style

    ITEMS, Main Item Active Text Color
