We have developed many styling options for the elementor editor and gutenberg editor, but that doesnt mean the player doesnt work with other page builder. We still can insert a sonaar player with a basic shortcode. It is right I dont remember have seen our player been used with Visual composer. So maybe they are incompatible. But I seen the sonaar mp3 player with WPBakery Page builder who is the Visual Composer little brother. May I ask a login crendential to the wp-admin?
I can use the Visual Composer without any issue. The error happen only on the homepage. Are you able to duplicate the homepage and see is the issue persists on the new page. If is it the case, please remove each section one per one to find which one causes a conflict with our plugin.

I'm running out of steam here. Is there anything you can do to help us resolve this once and for all? We would really love to use your plugin, as it is amazing, but if we cannot get it to work, I'm not sure how much more time I can invest in this project. Please help!
Hi Isaac, Have you deleted all elemenst one per one on the cloned homepage? Because something in the homepage has conflict with the mp3 player. We have to find which one. I was able to insert the mp3 player on a new page without any issue. Right now I dont have acces to your wp-admin. Critical Error. Is it caused by our plugin? Because last time, the critical error was only on the homepage frontend and backend. I was able to visit the wp-admin dashboard.

I bought the pro version, and when I installed it on my site, it keeps crashing my Visual Composer builder. Getting Critical Error.
I deactivate your plugin, and it works again.

@Alexandre - No, it also occurs when I go to the page on the front end as well.
Can you please disable all other plugins. Keep only the Visual Composer and MP3 Player activate. And see if the issue persists.
