woocommerce and plugin

I have mp3 audio player pro version and am running into a problem when installing woocommerce. Everything is fine until woocommerce is activated, at which point the admin panel beings to run extremely slowly, if at all. More often than not, the page freezes altogether or runs into a critical error. I have maximized wp-content memory and updated all plugins (of which there aren't that many, to begin with) and have even tried rolling back versions. Nothing seems to give me a solid, stable environment. TBH, I suspect it's centered around woocommerce, as the problems only occur when it is activated. I tried deactivating the MP3 player, but the problem still revealed itself eventually. Deactivate woocommerce, and it's business as usual. Do you know of any current problems that might fit my description? I'd really love to utilize the player and woocommerce features, and I would hate to have to seek a refund of the pro player version. Any help would be most appreciated!

Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

    Thanks,

Of course! However, I sign in through softaculous and so I’m not sure how I go about adding you. In all honestly, up until just a few days ago I have only ever built web sites with HTML builders and had never given WP a try. Do you have an email I should add?

You can add new users in wp-admin > users

Add [email protected] with administrator role.

    And give me password here.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

looks a conflict with another third party plugin.

Could you try something for me? Please deactivate ALL your plugins except WooCommerce and MP3 Audio Players then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.

    Tell me how it goes.

    Thanks,

Ok, thanks for the advice. I deactivated all other plugins until eventually, things ran more smoothly. Incidentally, I ended up needing to deactivate the MP3 players as well. In fact, before the admin panel started showing signs of improvement I ended up turning all other plugins off. Even then there were still issues and still currently are, but they are fewer and farther between. I have since reactivated the MP3 player and while it is still slower than ideal and there are fewer crashes, it's manageable, I think. One more question; do I need to have something special in order to utilize a traditional cart function? I have read the tutorials and see exactly where to turn on the "add to cart" button, and have setup a track as a downloadable product, but I do not see any "add to cart" CTA. There's a long list of streaming platforms, as well as a "buy" and "download" CTA, but no "add to cart". Am I missing something? Thank you!!

Your website is so slow I cant test and see what wrong.

I strongly recommend you contact your webhosting issue and if they cant find why it so slows using WooCommerce, I advise you to move to a better web hosting such as cloudways.com

    Thanks,
