Hello

I am starting to edit my new website with Moonlight in local.

When I install in demo content it gives error:
"Request failed. Error code: 524"

and in the media panel a box appears with the text:
"Failed to initialize plugin: essgrid_sc_button".

What should I do?

I use localwp and I'm having problems with the theme.

Today I've hired a test platform and I'm also having problems. When I install the theme the following message appears:

"Internal Server Error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at hotmaster to informe them of the time this error ocurred, and the actions you performed just before this error."

I've contacted my provider and they say:

"Maybe the theme needs a php version previous to the current version, we recommend to check the theme requirements and adjust them before doing the installation.

PHP variables may need to be uploaded to perform the install."

What are the installation requirements for moonligh theme and what version of PHP is it compatible with?

Please what should I do?

I have tried with PHP 7.4 and the same error appears, so I have installed the theme via ftp.

The installation and activation has been correct but when I enter in media appears the box that I commented in my message yesterday: "Failed to initialize plugin: essgrid_sc_button".

I attach screenshot.

If I give you my admin login credentials privately, can you study the problem?

I really like the theme but if the problems continue I will have to look for another one.
