This product is a one-time fee and it also includes 1 year of updates and support. After 1 year, you will be able to renew for 1 additional year of update and support. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time and your product will still work!
If you are interested in lifetime updates and support, we do have a Lifetime license available for MP3 Audio Player Pro which costs $179, a one-time fee for a lifetime.
When I purchased your plugin and templates your add said that I had lifetime usage, and now I'm reading on my account that there is a yearly $99 fee.
What is going on
I did not sign up for any recurring yearly fees. If that is the case I have not used your plugin or templates and would like a refund
