I have another plugin from beatstore.co that i used for my beat licenses. The only problem is that when I click "view license" in my store there is a blank pop up from the MP3 Pro Player that covers the license.
Sure i can easily just click "X" and close the blank pop up but its annoying so i was wondering if theres anyway to get rid of this pop up. Thanks
Thanks for responding so quickly and yes, I am still using their plugin. It's called Licenses & Contracts for WooCommerce. And nope, actually quite the opposite. Because I'm using their plugin for my licenses I don't actually need the widget to pop up from Mp3 Player Pro as well.
Is there a way to turn off that feature so that when i click "View License" the Pro Players License doesn't pop up?
Yes of course, but if it's possible to post-pone this issue, i have a bigger issue regarding Mp3 Player Pro that needs to be resolved.
There was an error that occurred each and every time i would try to purchase an item from my site. I have been in touch with WooCommerce Support and they have concluded that this plugin was causing the problem.
Heres what they said:
"Since mjkbeats.store is hosted on WordPress.com, I was able to log into your site and access some of the error logs that are being produced when the critical error screen appears. Those can be found at WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and here's what the latest log from 16 October includes:"

Parsing error logs like this can be difficult, but I see that there some references to the sonaar-music-pro plugin.
If I temporarily deactivate MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar - Pro Addon at Plugins > Installed Plugins, I'm able to complete a test purchase successfully. However, if I attempt another purchase with MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar - Pro Addon activated, I encounter the same critical error. When this critical error occurs, the payment is still captured via WooCommerce Payments. However, because it cannot go through the full cycle of completing an order, trying to complete a second purchase will produce the following error:
Error: The parameter application_fee_amount cannot be updated on a PaymentIntent after a capture has already been made.
This is because WooCommerce Payments is still trying to use the same PaymentIntent—which is a unique ID used for payments to keep things from getting mixed up.
I suspect that resolving the critical error related to the MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar - Pro Addon will allow purchases to be made successfully, which will prevent the PaymentIntent from occurring on checkout.
To resolve this, I would recommend connecting with the Sonaar support team and sharing the above fatal error log with them. They can be reached at the following link:"

Nevermind I've installed FileManager plugin and I have fixed the issue.
Now everything should works. The issue was because there were missing 2 files from the plugin that allows to complete the transaction.
