In the Customizer, I can customize th desktop theme and everything looks great ..including the mobile layout. But when I access the site on my mobile device, I get the layout from the section "Customize Mobile Layout"..and that one is not correct. How can I fix the mobile layout or just turn it off?
The screenshot with the native american is NOT correct and the screenshot without the native american is correct but I cannot get it on my mobile device
I can't seem to be able to reproduce on my computer. Could you please elaborate on the steps to reproduce the issue on my end and I will check this for you.
The problem is in the customizer I think. There is a Mobile theme that is wrong but the desktop theme is correct butbi don't know how to turn off the mobile theme in the customiser
There is something on your site that overwrite the mobile version of your site. I don't know if its a plugin or a server addon, or something else you, or your web hoster, or your webmaster have installed, but this does not comes from our theme. The best people that can help you quickly is the one who have installed WordPress on your server.
Supporting third-party plugins or resolving issues caused by those, are beyond the scope of our free theme support.
If your hosting or your webmaster cant check this for you, and you want us to check and resolve this issue however, we do have a service for that. More info here.

The problem is only on mobile phones. If you go to the home page..www.treeofknowing.com
Then everything is fine
But if you try the other pages, you get a different menu and head and content and it is the wrong one
What is these 2 buttons on the footer (see file attached).
This does not comes from our theme. Make sure to deactivate this and it will work as it should.

I don't know where it's from or how to deactivate it. Can you go in the backend and do it for me?

Go to wp-admin > Plugins and see if you can disable it. If not, contact your webmaster or the person who have installed this for you
