I've spent several time in your site trying to figure out why it does not load and I've not been able to figure out. I must mention that I'm very experimented with WordPress.
It's the first time I see this kind of issue that the preview license does not load off ajax. I think WordPress.com (the hosting), with some of their pre-installed plugins prevent the ajax to load correctly.
What I recommend is to switch to a better hosting than WordPress.com
If you want to provide a smooth e-commerce experience to your users, avoid using wordpress.com has hosting. WordPress.com is for beginners and comes with pre-installed plugins that slow down the overall loading speed, and cause conflict issues like you have right now.
For best hosting, I recommend using Cloudways.com and their VULTR HF server. Its very very fast and highly recommended for e-commerce websites.

Thanks for the suggestion. I thought you guys kit was able to withstand wordpress from what I was reading as long as I had elementor as well?
The issue is related to your web hosting.
Our plugin works with any wordpress site.
You can host wordpress with any web hosting. Not just wordpress.com
WordPress.com hosting is more expensive compared to other wordpress hosting.

So can I move my website 2 another host? Like one of their 3rd parties?
Open an account on cloudways and ask cloudways to migrate the site to your new server.
