I got it to install. Elementor and Sonaar have the most unfriendly user help and support I've seen in software.
It is convoluted to say the least and at this point I'm pretty disgusted with ever having used the products. It's gotten to the point with software that you can't talk to a live person and everything has to be done through email or chat.
Im sorry for the issue you are having. From what I understand, you got it installed now.
Please understand that it might be a bit difficult for me to give you the right direction to a solution where the problem is "after downloading the mp3 pro version of the plugin, it is not appearing in the plugins when i try to add it".
To discover that it was for an update, not an initial installation etc..
Without much details, my answer comes with initial question to narrow down the issue....otherwise, how would I know ?
