Is It possible just show in the dropdown a few categories? I mean select which ones shows in the dropdown of the filter. 

Or am I using the filter in the wrong way?

Yes, my ACF group is set: post type. 

When I say display in the product, I did't mean when you edit the product. 

I would like to display the bpm and Key (my ACF) in the button of the image of each product. Like when you add wordpress product category and tags
