J'ai bien acheter le pack elementor + le Mp3 audio PROS ?, mais impossible de l'activer ?

Que voulez vous dire par impossible de l'activer? Avez vous installer les plugins mp3 audio player pro addon ainsi qu'importer le pack Elementor sur votre site ?
Qu'est-ce qui ne fonctionne pas exactemement ? Pouvez-vous m'envoyer des screenshots pour que je comprenne mieux le contexte

yes in fact the plugin fails every time for the installation that's why
screen capture
how to do ?

The error you have is because you are trying to upload templates as a plugin. The templates are not a plugin.

so the elementor pack that I bought with the sonaar pros mp3 and a model?
I have to buy the mp3 pro separately?

From what I see in your account, you have bought the Sonaar's Beats WordPress Theme and the 100+ Elementor Templates Addon kit
You need to buy the MP3 Audio Player Pro if you wish to use our MP3 Audio Player Pro
