    How do I activate the local development website with the license for publishing the website?

    Hi, 

    You can activate it by login into your Sonaar.io account > My Account > License Keys > manage site

    Do I have to use "Deactivate Site" and then activate the local development site? In other words, only one of them can be selected, or activate the publishing site, or activate the local development site?

    You can activate 2 sites. I have raise the maximum allowed site.
