I just renewed my theme license key, updated my wordpress version and plugins as well. After updating I can no longer access the admin site and received the error message below. In addition, I was unable to activate the renewed licensed key and update my theme version as well. Its been 3 years since my last update. Can someone help or provide some guidance on how to resolve?

You should also update PHP to 7.4 because your current PHP version is not up to date and not secure. There are some plugins that are not compatible with your current PHP version. Ask your web hosting provider to update PHP

I have proceed with the updates.
