Templates are completely blank

    Audio player templates are completely blank rendering them completely useless. The templates should have all the demo content to make them function as the demo page does and you can substitute content. This is not possible and you must completely make each one yourself.

    Hi,

    its because we cannot import all our playlist id and your playlist id don't match the template playlist id.
    So all you have to do, is to set your own playlist in the widget. see screenshot: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/Qe2pe0

    because right now, yours are probably blank.

    Thanks,

    Unfortunately I would love that to be the case but it is not. Please see the attached screenshots of the errors the template page throws, the player when a playlist is added to it, and how it *should* look based on your advertised templates.

    In addition to the player not looking anywhere near the template advertised it also does not function correctly. It is a set of 4 different players versus one player that goes from one track to the next like advertised in your example.

    One would assume that a template would be filled with demo content that you merely switch with your own content. Even when a playlist is added it is very very very far off what was advertised. Is there a developer that can fix this issue? We purchased the player pro unlimited then also purchased another 100 template package and do not have a functioning player.

    Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

    Hi,

    I have imported the new v4.2 templates. The grid #023 on our page example has just been added and we forgot to export those new templates.

    The new template has been imported in wp-admin > templates. you can see it here: https://musio.staging.websites.3pth.com/?elementor_library=mp3-audio-player-pro-music-example-v4-2&preview_id=4530&preview_nonce=96253d43aa&preview=true

    I have also changed the mp3 file of your first track on your playlist to test if everything works but I cant seems to find the initial .wav file you've set so you might want to reupload that track.

    Also, you have a weird 200px padding on your body. You might want to remove it to prevent your whole content moves on the right: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/Z0UnWZ

    Thanks,

    Thank you so so so much. I knew there must be something wrong and that it couldnt have been as hard as it was. This is exactly what I was hoping for.

    Can you tell me if there is a way to limit the template to 4 squares that rotate in a new square if there is more than 5 tracks in the playlist?

    Unfortunately that is not possible to make the column dynamics

    Thanks,

    Is that something that is possible paying you guys for development?

    Also, is there a way to add some details about the track to the right side of the sticky player like the attached screenshot?

    Hi Elise,

    Having dynamic columns is perhaps something we will add in a next plugin update. ill add this to our roadmap.

    For the details on the right side of the sticky player, from what I see in your screenshot, this is something relatively hard to read and not very user-friendly (just my opinion..perhaps I'm wrong.).

    But unfortunately, that is not possible with our sticky player

    Thanks,

    Thanks for the response. Thank you for adding it to the roadmap. Is it not something we could use your customization services for? https://sonaar.io/service/website-customization-service/

    I agree about it being hard to read. How about below the track title and artist on each block?

    For the customization service, we only accept very small customization job at this time.

    We cant display any additional information on the sticky player. We don't have the option to. Perhaps you can do something with custom JS or with a third party plugins such as Elementor Pro depending your needs.

    Thanks,

  • Elise replied

    Ok thank you regarding the customization.

    For additional info I meant in the box of the attached screenshot

    According to your screenshot, I see the tracktitle, the artist name and the track duration. Those infos already appears in the sticky player. See screenshot: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/doocX7

    Yes, we would also like to add some additional info like in the sticky player image but to the box you are describing.

    Sorry, i dont understand what you need exactly. please elaborate. (as I said, we cant add more info other than the one that showing up in the sticky player)

    Thanks,

    Here is a different question. Is there a way to remove the title under the clip? We can remove the artist but cant seem to find where to remove the title so each box is just the album cover.

    Checking back in on my last question

    Hi,

    you can add this custom CSS to hide the title under the grid:

    .iron-audioplayer .playlist .tracklist-item-title {
        display: none;
    }

    Thanks,

    Max from the Sonaar.io Crew

  • Elise replied

    Amazing thanks! Can we remove the grey box also?

  •  1,103
    Max replied

    You can edit your colors by editing the tracklist. see screenshot: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/ZA04nH

    Perfect. One last question I think. Is there a way to get a play link for a playlist so with the click of a simple button a playlist would open in the sticky player and begin playing? If there is a link for the playlists that I can get somehow I can make the button and such. We just want a button, no other info until the sticky player opens and functions as normal.

  • Elise replied

    I got it figured out. Thank you!
