It seems that every time I visit my site (or refresh the page), the mp3 player has already pre-selected the first track that will play, and typically, this is not the first track in the playlist. I do not have shuffle turned on for the player although that option is available. Am I missing a setting that would "instruct" the player to always begin playing the first track in the list, especially when first visiting the site or reloading the page?
is continuous player activated on your site (in wp-admin > mp3 player > settings > sticky player) ? if so, when you visit or refresh the page, the sticky player will popup and will play the latest song played.
If you don't want that, I recommend you turn off Continuous Player, and then delete your site cookie as the information of the continuous player is stored in your cookies.
