I bought a theme from you guys about a year ago and so far it has been well and i must say thanks for the google job you do.
I have not made any major updates on my website besides updating article here and there. My license expired and unfortunately am not able to raise funds to renew it until i get the money for it.
My challenge is, on my website using the theme that i purchased ealier, am not able to edit artists anymore and i keep getting an error 404 redirect message, I wonder if you could please help me with this.
Like i said i have not updated my site in a while since my activation code expired, just woke up and now i cant edit the artists section on my website yet there is a an artist that i had actually started editing and then allover a sudden i cant any more.
In order to investigate on the issue and get technical support, an active license key is required. By renewing your license key, it allows us to hire support agents to help you to resolve any issues you might have.
So perhaps the issue you have is related to a new version of WordPress or a third party plugins that has a compatibility issue that we have fixed in a recent update of the theme, or something else that we have to investigate in order to fix this particular issue.
Here is the changelog and details of what's included in the last theme updates: https://sonaar.io/wordpress-themes/changelog/
You can also access this changelog from the footer menu of our main website.
Your clearly after money, doubt i will ever buy any product from you guys or recommend you to anyone.
This is an issue that just happened with no update or anything to your them, i didn't even update my WordPress, or plugins or anything like that. Instead of fixing a bug in your theme perhaps, you are just after money.
You are the only user (over 30 000 websites use our themes) who reports the issue you have so its clearly not a bug in our product but maybe another issue with your site and to investigate whats wrong, we need to spent some time on your website to find the culprit.
And yes, if we are not getting paid to support our users, how would our business be sustainable to develop new features and updates our product? I mean, that's our living, and we need money to get this thing going, otherwise, we would not do what we do.

I was kind enough and specify that i dont have the funds to renew the license as i dont work no more.
If i had the funds, i would have renewed just like i was able to purchase your theme.
If you wont help, just tell me that you wont help me and i know that.
Thanks
I understand,
Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer technical assistance or theme updates if you can't renew your license.
Perhaps check with a friend for free help,
