    Hi there - we have some m4a files that play perfectly fine on a computer, but won't play with your player. Is there any particular specification required for m4a?

    Hi,

    a m4a files is a mac os format and its not compatible cross-browser devices and also not optimized for the web.

    I strongly recommend using MP3 file for any web audio player.
