I am trying to setup a beat store I have purchased the MP3 Music Player Pro Version – Unlimited. The instructions on the video provided are horrible. It doesn't show how everything was setup nor what is really needed to get you up and going. I have created several web pages and this is the most frustrated I have been setting up a site. In the video provided other third party things are needed to get the site to look like the video and it is not explained how this works or how to set it up. example the variants It took me 3hrs to find out how he got the variants to show correctly but every time I create a new product I have to reset up the variants every single time I pretty sure the contracts are not going to the correct variants. The video said that there was a video showing how to setup variants but there is not. The video also shows how to Add new Custom Fields with ACF I have it installed but it does not show up on product page when creating a product so i have no idea how that is setup and once again no instructions or video on how to set this up. I am using Elementor the free one Hello Elementor Theme, I have my WooCommerce setup and linked to my wordpress and payment options.
The reason for this ticket is I made a product for a free drum kit but it never goes to a download page or gives any option to download. I add it to cart / proceed to check out then it goes to my main website not the download link I put in the product setup screen. I provided the link here. https://xelohh.com/shop/xel-smash-kit/
So you can see what happens when you go through the process of downloading the link. Please let me know what I need to rectify this issue
your main issues was because your ACF group was not assigned to the product post type. They were assign to specific posts (https://drops.sonaar.io/i/bI4x1y)
Thank you for your help there is no way anyone would know these things by themselves. You guys need to make a more through video of documentation on how to do these things correctly. I really appreciate the help in getting things up and going. Is there a way to shorten the checkout way to much info is needed. Is there a way to remove the address part due to everything is digital on the site?
I'm sure there is a way to shorten the checkout way with less info, but I never tried to customize this. WooCommerce is the most popular e-commerce plugin for WordPress with over 5+ Million active websites using it. Also Elementor Pro's theme builder is a great too to customize your checkout and cart page using Elementor.
