You should still have access with the previous details that worked in our previous ticket that recently was closed. Remember there was an issue before with you trying to log in so had to give to the hosting provider, which wasn't working but you managed to get one of the options to work.

The problem arises due to a clash with the Essential Block plugin. Our suggestion is to disable Essential block plugin and utilize Elementor in place of Guttenberg as the page builder.
