Not able to access WordPress admin (404 Not Found)

    Hello, I can no longer access my WordPress Admin after installing Elementor Pro and MP3 Audio Player Pro. I receive a "404 Not Found" error message. I also noticed after the installation that the artist and playlist pages are receiving a "There has been a critical error on this website." error message and the page is not formatted correctly. http://toglorifyhim.com/artist/indiana/

    I have attached screenshots of the errors.

    Hi,

    I have temporarily deactivated the theme and also the MP3 Audio Player in the meantime we debug this.

    Now you should be able to login into your wp-admin and provide me access to your WordPress dashboard.

    I am still receiving this message when I try to access wp-admin "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

    Hi,

    I think the issue is related directly to your server configuration. I deactivated all plugins and all themes and you still have 404 not found. That means the issue is not related to any of your plugins or themes.

    Please contact your web hosting support so they can assist you.
