    Hello,

I recently purchased Sonaar MP3 Player plugin after I tried the free version, however, i have got into an issue when adding an MP3 track from an external link. I tried to add this link (https://www.soundhelix.com/examples/mp3/SoundHelix-Song-1.mp3) on the Free Version and it works perfectly. however, when I add it to the Pro Version it returns an error:
Warning = NotSupportedError: The element has no supported sources.

Despite it running well on the free version of the plugin.

Here is the link of this issue: https://www.nguoiviet.sk/episode/tieng-noi-nguoi-viet/

I really appreciate you're able to find and resolve this issue.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

please read this article. You have a CORS policy issue: https://sonaar.io/docs/audio-not-playing-read-this/

    Thanks,

I've tried your instructions from the above link and added Access-Control-Allow-Origin into .htacess file. However, the error still persists with the same CORS error.
P.S: i also noticed that the player plays perfectly fine when i turned off the Sticky Audio Player, are there any script issue?

On which server you added the cors policy ? you need to add it on the www.soundhelix.com server.

Please contact the hosting support so they can do it for you. Sometimes, setting cors policy is different from server to server.

    Thanks,
