Problem to Activate a license key

    Hi Support,

    I can´t  activate my license key from Wordpress Dashboard.

    I inserted the key, but when I try click in Activate my License Button, nothing happen.

    Hi,

    The issue you have is because the plugin folder on your server has forbidden error. see screenshot : https://drops.sonaar.io/i/oAesGf

    I tried to delete the plugin and reupload the plugin to reset the permission but we cannot upload plugin more than 2mb on your server.https://drops.sonaar.io/i/TfTiwM

    Please ask your hosting support to raise this limit to 16mb.

    Once its done, let me know, and Ill reupload the plugin.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have increased the Maximum Upload File Size to 64MB.

    You can try again.

    Nothing have changed. The server still has a max upload file size set to 2mo

    I have installed the WP File Manager (FTP) Plugin as you can see in attach file.

    You can upload from this plugin WP File Manager.

    I have the same problem for another site.

    Access:

    User: support

    password: 5upp0r7.00!!.

    To Upload some files, you can use WP File Manager in the Dashboard

    I was able to activate your license. Updating the mp3 player plugin was not required.

    Hi Hamilton,
    You dont need us to install the plugin. 
    The issue at the beginning was because your server size limit upload file is to low. 
    You can fix this with your webhost provider. 
    To save time, we have upload the sonaar player plugin through the file manager tool. This is also something you can do without us. 

    And about the activating license issue I cant tell what was the issue because I have activated your license without any problem on angotic-2023.store. Maybe you was not using the right license key.
