We didnt have received three times payment on our side. That is weird. Are you talking about elementor template ? To import them please go to wp-admin>mp3>import templates. If you need more assistance please provide a login credential to the wp-admin.
The transaction was charged three times but we had the bank reverse the over payments...
Please be aware... we are having a problem installing some of the Elementor plugins...
