Sticky Player

Whenever I go to my beat store page and hit play on the beats, the sticky player pops up and all is good. Whenever I keep it playing, click on the "services" tab of my website and play the mp3 player there which has the sticky setting off, it still shows up on the sticky player with the title and everything. I even tried excluding the page from the sticky player and entering the URL which works by stopping the sticky player when I enter the page, but the sticky player still pops up when I play an audio file from the services tab. How do I fix this?

    Hi,

What is the url to get to your beatstore page?

    Thanks,

    Hey Max!

    https://nosumusic.com/beat-store/

I also had to remove the "add to cart" button under each post because it took me to the single product page each time which didn't allow the lightbox enough time to pop up, so I'll just have users add the product to the car from the bottom right of the sticky player which seems to work great for some reason!

I can't seem to be able to reproduce on my computer. Page is empty. see screenshot https://drops.sonaar.io/i/G10nPK

Could you please elaborate on the steps to reproduce the issue on my end and I will check this for you.

    Thanks,

    Hmm that's strange.

So page 1 has an audio player with sticky player on, playing from the playlist category "beats". Page 2 has an audio player with the sticky function turned off, playing from the "this widget" and I put in the URL of what I want to play. Whenever I play the audio player on page 1 it works great with the sticky bar at the bottom. I then go over to page 2 and play the audio player and the sticky player shows the audio playing with the name of the file.

From my understanding, page 2 audio player shouldn't be displaying in the sticky bar because the option is turned off.

If you have continuous player activated, the sticky will be displayed on the second page. And when sticky player is present, any audio that will be played on the page will be played through the sticky, even if sticky option is disabled.. You cannot make the sticky disappear and play a new audio.

The only way is to disable continuous player.

    Thanks,

I disabled continuous player, but it still pops up with the sticky player on page 2

Clear your browser cookies. The data about the continuous player is still stored in the site cookies.
