please update PHP version to 7.4 and tell me if it works. you are currently using PHP version 7.2 which is very old and is not supported anymore. Ask your web hosting to update to PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0
My host updated the PHP to 8.1; they tried to make the player appear without success. They also suggested I roll back WordPress to the previous version. Even so, the player won't show up.

My host deactivated Elementor so I could access my admin.
I roll back to the 3.12 version, but the player won't appear.

please update PHP version to 7.4 and tell me if it works. you are currently using PHP version 7.2 which is very old and is not supported anymore. Ask your web hosting to update to PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0

Its fixed now.
We will also release the fix we did in the official public release that we will do today or tomorrow.
