    Hi,

    I am having trouble importing the player templates for the audio player.

    In the WP dashboard, I go to MP3 Plyaer --> import templates.

    And when I try to import the templates I get an error message

    see attached screenshot

    Is there a specific file I need to import/upload to the site?

    In the download installation files for the audio player, I didnt  see any specific json template files for the player. Am I missing something?

    Hi, 

    You need to enable Flex container first. Go to wp-admin > Elementor > Settings > Advanced and activate Flex Container. 


    Once it's activated, it will work.
