    Trying to access Sonaar Themes "Demo Content Install" under Tools tab in admin menu and get this error: Demo Content Install works only in Staging. I have created a Staging and also Dev environment in WPEngine and still get the same error in all three environments.

    Could Sonaar provide me a manual way of uploading the theme content?

    Hi John,

    Unfortunately, WP Engine is the only hosting (and we have tried around 100 different hostings) where the automatic demo content installation does not work. I have also contacted the support of the wp engine, and they told me that they couldn't import it because of the nature of their server permission.

    The only workaround possible (a lot of our users succeeded with this), is to install the theme on a different host, and then,  migrate that site over to WP Engine.

    Another solution is to switch to a better (and faster!) hosting such as Cloudways. Check out their VULTR HF server. It's very very fast and works like a charm. 

    If you want to proceed with a refund and want to re-purchase a different theme from another company for your website, no problem. Let me know and I'll proceed with the refund within the next 72 hours.

    Would I be able to upload the "Beats" Theme manually?

    Not manually. You must use the demo content install tool to fully import the demo correctly.

    Please refund for the "All Themes". I will only buy the "Promote theme" and upload to a different hosting and try it there.

    Thanks for the "All Themes" refund. I have successfully uploaded the "Promote" theme  and Sonaar player on a different server and am very pleased. Thank you for you quick support.
