    Hello,

    We are facing since one week a serious problem with your player. We did all Updates but it's not working.

    Once we want to edit the page with Elementor, everything crash and we don't have access to our page, this is all because your MP3 Player Plugin.

    Please let us know what we should do exactly, otherwise we have to deactivate the plugin and get refunded, because this issue is not acceptable.

    Hi,

    is your 2 plugins (MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar and MP3 Audio Player Pro Addons) are at version 4.5.1 ?

    If yes, could you please provide me temporary access to your WP-Admin (WordPress dashboard), I will gladly check the issue you have.

    To create an access:

    1. Log in to your WordPress website using your existing administrator account.
    2. Navigate to the "Users" section and click "Add New."
    3. Fill in the user details, including a unique username, email address ([email protected]), and a strong password.
    4. Assign the administrator role from the dropdown menu
    5. Click "Add New User" to create the administrator account.
    6. Submit the username and password you have created, in this ticket.

    Hi,

    One thing I have checked is that your license was not activated correctly. I removed the license, and reactivated it.

    The other thing I notice, is that I don't understand why you have multiple products in the theme builder here: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/MKEZzQ instead of having only 1 dynamic product template ? that is what the theme builder is useful for...to create only 1 single product template so all your products can inherit from this dynamic design...From what I can see, you have each single product template assigned to a specific product: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/kzh5Eo

    This is a bit weird ?

    The other thing I noticed is that you don't have any media uploaded in your products https://drops.sonaar.io/i/xkKXZT


    If it was working before the update, I recommend rollback to a previous working copy and see what is happening from there.

    Hello Max,

    Ok thank you very much. I have created a new template for now and seems that everything works.

    Can you please help me finding the best setting for the Player? There is a lot of settings parameters.

    Do you guys have a tutorial Videos? see please screenshot to understand what do I mean.

    Thank you for your help, if you send me videos that explain how to set the Sonar Player.

    Hi,

    Which particular settings are you looking for ? The player can be customized in many ways. you can experiment with the settings to find the best fit for you. In addition, we do have an addon to import any of our pre-designed players templates you see here: https://sonaar.io/mp3-audio-player-pro/music-player-for-wordpress/examples/

    For this, you can go to WP-Admin > MP3 Player > Import Templates
