I have been receiving this error message. I know the Elementor recently had an update so I'm not sure if this is related to that or not. Your help would be appreciated.

I can't seem to be able to reproduce on my computer. Could you please elaborate on the steps to reproduce the issue on my end and I will check this for you.
I'm actually not doing anything; it's just happening in the error log repeatedly ever few minutes and seconds. I'm having high CPU usage on my hosting provider now.
I have investigated and it looks like you have a very old database and there is a conflict somewhere which i cannot locate im afraid. Perhaps its caused by one of your third party plugin. Anyway, the error is displaying only in the log so people wont notice it.
I mean it might be a old data coming from a old plugin or theme version caught somewhere in your db. I really don't know its the first time I see this. I will keep an eye on this and keep you posted if another customer has the same issue. If we find the issue, we will release bug fix for this.

Okay. What do you mean by old database? And how would you update that issue?
