    Hi,

When I visit your external stream you have set: https://sites.libsyn.com/478740/sombras-hacen-sombras, i fall on a website showing a player. You cannot set a website URL in the external stream. You must set the audio URL link where your mp3 file is located.

Please check with Libsyn how to get the direct access to the mp3 file.

    Thanks,

    Max from the Sonaar.io Crew

In your elementor widget, you have set wrong stream URL. (eg, on track 2, you have  a website URL, not a stream URL) : https://sites.libsyn.com/478740/cayendo-hacia-arriba .

And you still have a Media set on track 2 from your local library.

If the stream URL is not working, it will fallback on the local media. This is what its happening here. The audio you are listening to are from your local media library, not from your libsyn host.

are not this ulrs right to stream?

    Max replied

This URL leads to a 404 not found: https://sites.libsyn.com/478740/sombras-hacen-sombras

You need to provide the player a media stream URL that will play the audio directly.

    Thanks,

Please, delete your tracks from the widget, and recreate them. I don't know whats happening but there is a glitch here provoked by Elementor controller's script.

    Hi Victor,

We already know the duration not appears on mobile.
We already have designed a way to add it. This task is already on our roadmap. This is something we will do, but i cant tell when. Dont waiting for these to release your site.

    Thanks,

But, in older versions didn't the player display the time? I'm sorry but this is very basic function, if there's a version, older, wich I can install to display time, please tell whichone, you should noticie this. Is a premium player, that doesen't diplay time! in almost 80 per cent of the cases, wich are mobile!

This is a screenshot taken from your website where you promote you player:

Clearly shows time on the timeline in various images i'll wait, 24 hours, in order to contact marketplaces, and review the plugin, we've built the project arround this plugin,

    Hi Victor,

I wanted to let you know that the players shown in the screenshot are not the sticky player, but rather the widget MP3 player. You can achieve the same functionality on your own by using the widget, which actually offers more options than the sticky player. I recommend using both the widget and the sticky player to fulfill your needs.

If you check the Spotify app on your phone, you'll notice a similar behavior to our plugin. When you open a tracklist, the time is visible (just like our widget). However, when you navigate and search for the next playlist you want to listen to, the player at the bottom of the screen doesn't display the time. This is exactly how our sticky player functions.

Nevertheless, we understand that many customers don't utilize the widget. That's why we are planning to include the time duration display.

Unfortunately, I can't provide you with an older version as you have asked because our sticky player has never displayed the time on mobile.

I hope you can find a way to meet your needs using the widget.

    Thanks,

    Alexandre from the Sonaar.io Crew
