I have two people reporting this issue on iphones. One is on iOS15, not sure about the other. They say that they have to press the big play button twice to make it play.
I can't seem to be able to reproduce on my mobile. Could you please elaborate on the steps to reproduce the issue on my end and I will check this for you. Please record a video screen so I can reproduce the exact same step as you do.

It won't ask you for that to view the homepage or the three items on the top of the homepage

Unfortunately I can't replicate the issue. Here everything works without double tap. Perhaps it's an issue with their browser/os, I don't know sorry
