I bought the templates addon today and am trying to implement the template. I would like to have the example 023 and 039 grid layout . Unfortunately this is not quite in order. For example how do I create the player and in the footer always in one colour. For me is transparent and when I try to add colours it always changes colours after each music too.

Have you set your colors in WP-Admin > MP3 Player > Settings > Sticky Player (and make sure to save your change in this screen) ?
If it still not working, please send me screenshots of the issue you are having.
