Please go to wp-admin>settings>permalinks And click on "Save change" to regenerate all permalink. Maybe the issue was just about permalinks. Please tell me how it goes.
Ok for some reason a page now appears when I click on an episode but there is no possibility to edit this. There is no template for the individual podcast episode page
The Page not found issue was caused by the slug settings I have mentioned yesterday.
The single episode template is the same for all episode. If you wanna create your own template you can do this with elementor PRO, or if you have some PHP knowledge you can built a child theme. In both case, we are going beyond the scope of our support. Dont forget you sitll have few settings in the page settings and the theme options to style the single episode page.
Every pages and post types are based on a template. This is the wordpress theme purpose and every themes work like this.
My understanding is you expected to edit the template though the elementor editor, but this is not possibe. All theme works, like this. But you still can go beyond the theme by using elementor pro of a child theme
You still have many options without elementor to style the single podcast player.
You can set page banner, different header and footer, sidebar, style the podcast player as you need, and more.
I have the feeling that there is a miscommunication......
There are page templates and pages for all the other pages EXCEPT for the single podcast POST. ....when clicking on the podcast there comes this page (01.png) which does not look like the theme example (.14.png)
Please WHERE is the template or page or possibility to edit this (outside of elementor)? I cannot find the WHERE to do this. If I have to create something myself (I prefer to edit it) - how to link it that it connects to each podcast?
1 - "....use the same template...." WHERE OR WHERE IS THIS TEMPLATE located?
is it template 5975? (see screenshot) Template 5975 is not in my template files.
2 - what you showed me on your screenshot I tried but it is not fully functional.
3 - As I cannot find the same template and you will not tell me WHERE this same template is: How would I dynamically link a template I create to all the podcasts?
1. I dont know what are you refer to by template 5975. I m talking about the single podcast template from the sonaar theme. I m not talking about an elementor template. The single podcast template come from the single-podcast.php file from the theme.
2. To make it look better I have change those settings:
Adjusting proportions: If you are talking about typography size, much of them are customizable through the theme options. The banner height can aslo be change through the episode setting. If the option you are looking for doesnt exist, you probably can do what you want with a short css code.
Add some element: You can add all elements you want for each episode in the container here. You can use the elementor editor if you want.
I might be able to provide better assistance if you ask me something more specific.
Dear Support,
04.png > There is no template I can find in your templates for a podcast episode.

Alexandre from the Sonaar.io Crew
ok thanks for changing that! I am used to elementor automatically creating what you did....
However that still does not explain why there is no page or template visible in this template I downloaded for the individual episode page.
I am still searching for it. If I click on any episode it brings me to the "page not found"

I cannot find this single episode template anywhere to edit. This is why I opened the window.
I purchased a template for a podcast - I would assume that that page is an important part of a podcast template, or?

Both screenshot you have shared, the single podcast episode from your site and the single podcast from the demo use the same template.
What is missing here is a page banner.
You can set a page banner if you edit the single episode post.
