Recently for some reason when I try and navigate back to the homepage from another page on the site, ie the beat video page, it no longer shows the content on the homepage but I can hear the video playing.
Perhaps its a conflict with one of your third party plugins. Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Elementor, Elementor for Sonaar Addon, Essential Grid and Revolution Slider then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict. Tell me how it goes.

It was a preloader plugin that was the culprit. I deactivated it and everything is working fine again now.
