Hello Support, for our ministry we need an audio player, which is working under Windows XP, as there are still PCs in third world countries, using this OS. In trying audio player pro, I find that it does not show under XP. It just shows an empty space instead of the player. On Win11 it shows fine. On XP I used Firefox 52 ESR. Is there a way to get the player to show under XP?
It is on Windows XP SP3 and Browser is Firefox Version 52.9 (ESR Version). This is to my knowledge the lastest version of Firefox released for Windows XP.
Unfortunately, Firefox 52.9 is a very old version and have a lot of security issues. We don't (and most website don't), support this version anymore. We only support firefox version 100.0 and higher.
