My name is Amir Royale — I'm an actor, recording artist, filmmaker, and creative polymath from Saint Albans, NY!
Super in love with your service! My webmaster Kelvin Alfonso and myself have been using the MP3 Sonaar plugin as a convenient way for fans of mine to surf my website and experience some of the brand's most recent music without having to only go to streaming services.
I'd say in the last year — we have been having issues with playlists we've created for the website disappearing without a trace metadata-wise (becoming unfindable or editable within WP-Admin) but still showing up latently on different pages of the site.
The largest example of our issue would be that I created a discography playlist for the website that used to actually have a findable page (https://amirroyale.com/discography). That "playlist" still exists on the site ; but the linked page does not.
I've attached images below for more context.
Hope to hear from you soon and hope we can resolve this easily!
Thanks so much again for your incredible service and software. Walk good, take care familia. 🌺❤️🩹🌺

Example: WordPress Playlist Section is entirely EMPTY.
Example: The counters within Sonaar's "Playlist Categories" showcase that each category still has latent code related to the originally created playlists.
for the slug, please go to wp-admin > mp3 player > settings > widget player and you can change the slug to 'album' here: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/go7PNI
then, go to wp-admin > settings > permalinks and resave permalinks.

Thank you so much!!
It looks like everything is back to normal — what seemed to have been the problem?
Would love to understand what the bug was and how to avoid it in the future.
Thanks again!
There was an old empty playlist post that cause a conflict. I deleted the empty playlist post.
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
Oof — thanks so much for the trouble Max.
Would you happen to recall what the name of that playlist was?
My webmaster and I also noticed that the name conventions for the links have changed also?
Old links such as: "https://amirroyale.com/ALBUMS/ideas"
Now have addresses such as "https://amirroyale.com/ALBUM_SLUG/ideas"
Would it be possible for us to return to our old naming convention for links connected to the MP3 Player?
Think that might be our last conundrum we've been looking to resolve!
I cant recall the name im afraid, sorry.
for the slug, please go to wp-admin > mp3 player > settings > widget player and you can change the slug to 'album' here: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/go7PNI
