Header not visible on Mobile and Return to shop option

    Hi Sonaar team,

    I've made some great progress and getting ready to launch my website.  I noticed when I view the site on a mobile device, the header (with logo and menu) is not showing?  I tried to make a header section with this information, and it worked but showed a double header on both the PC and tablet view.  So, I made the header a template instead.  This resolved the inconsistencies on the PC and table; however, now there's no menu on the mobile device and a user cannot navigate the site.   Is there a setting that I'm missing somewhere?

    I also have a question about the empty cart option.  When I clear out beat selections, I get the "Return to shop" but its redirecting to the wrong page.  It goes to the shop page (which I don't use) instead of the Beatshop page (on the menu). Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

    Thanks.

    Billy R

    Hi,

    Please check the header. it should works now.

    For the Return to shop button, unfortunately, i don't know how to change this. I think its a glitch in Elementor. Perhaps you can contact Elementor support about this. In the meantime, you can hide the button by using this custom CSS:

    p.return-to-shop {
        display: none;
    }

    Thanks,

    Awesome--it does.  Thanks Max!  What was the issue?

    I appreciate the insight on the shop button. I'll reach out to Elementor support.  The option to remove the button may work for now.  Wondering if I can replace with custom button/link to send back to the correct page.

    Thanks.

    For the header issue, it was because it was hidden in your advanced > responsive tab.

    For the custom button/link, i don't know. I recommend you ask on WooCommerce forums for this.

    Thanks Max.  I decided to try a redirect in the code and it’s going back to my desired page now.

    As I finalize my homepage, I’m having an issue with the desktop and tablet/mobile view.  I removed an image on the top of the page on the homepage.  The change I made shows up in the desktop view but the page appears grayed out for the tablet/mobile. And it’s still rendering the old page with the image that I removed in the desktop view.

    Any thoughts on how to fix this?

    I dont 100% understand your issue, but to manage your desktop/tablet and mobile view, click the icons at the top, and manage whats hidden and whats not by going to the advanced tab > responsive. See screenshot https://drops.sonaar.io/i/eUGgfn

    This worked for me Max.  I was unclear how to get the Responsive mode to show and didn't realize it was only available under the Advanced Tab.  Everything looks good now.  Just trying to get the Elementor pop-up integrated with my free mp3 file downloads and I should be ready to go live.  I appreciate the responsiveness.  I'm learning as I go.

    Thanks!
