I recently set up a website using Elementor and the Sonaar Plugin, purchasing a version that includes templates. Everything functions seamlessly on my laptop. However, an issue arises when I attempt to access the site on an mobile device (iPhone, did not try other devices yet) using either Safari or Chrome - tapping on a track fails to initiate playback.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
There's a problem with the new iOS 17 (released 3 days ago) that stops audio from playing when it uses WebAudioAPI. To fix this temporarily, turn off the Animated Audio Spectrum feature. By doing this, the audio won't use Web Audio API, and it will play on iOS. We're keeping an eye on it, and we hope Apple will fix it in an upcoming update.
