Our plugin doesnt have the feature to generate preview audio. You have to do it by yourself by editing a preview mp3 for each tracks.
About the second request: how to allow the user to choose the music he wants to buy.
You have to create a product for every element you wanna sell. If we can purchase every tracks seperatly, you have to create a woocommerce product for every track.

We are currently working on a new feature with Sonaar MP3 Audio Player Pro,that will allow you to set audio previews, as well as the ability to automatically generate previews, audio watermarks, fade-in and fade-out as well as pre-roll and post-roll for your previews (FFMPeg Library is required for automated generated previews).
Its currently under BETA, and I was wondering if you would like to test it out? This is a feature available for MP3 Audio Player Pro only (not the theme).
If so, do you have a staging server ready so you can test it ?
I am able to sell my full album on woocommerce. I don't see any options for preview the music or to allow the user to choose the music he wants to buy
