Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Elementor Sonaar Addon, Elementor, Essential Grid and Revolution Slider then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.

As you can see on the copy screen below, a grey sidebar has appeared on the website pretty much after the last update (but it could be a coincidence)
I can't find any solution to remove it, can you please help me with it?

Hello, thanks for your help, that was the FB Chat Plugin creating some conflict
